Negotiable Pricing

If you have a set budget for your marketing needs, we'll work with you to meet your needs within your budget.

White Oak Designs will meet with the client for 2-4 hours to learn about the client's business and the project. There is no charge for this time.
We'll provide a written estimate for the proposed project with a description as we understand it.
If the client wants to move forward with the project, there is a 50% deposit that must be paid before the project will begin.

White Oak Designs will bill the client at $50 per hour; 1 hour minimum; billed in 1/2 hour segments.
We do our best to estimate projects as accurately as possible. However, as the project progresses we may discover:
- The project will take less time that estimated. We will charge the client for the actual time spent if it is less than the original estimate.
- Often, a client realizes they want more work done than was originally estimated. As soon as we see a project is going to require additional time, we will contact the client in writing and wait for approval before performing the additional work.
We stay in close communication with our clients during a project. Visits to the client site after the initial visit are not billed. We want our clients to feel comfortable spending as much time as they need to communicate to us exactly what they want.
If a client decides to cancel a project, White Oak Designs will retain the 50% deposit made prior to the start of the project. White Oak Designs will provide any project files that exist at that time to the client.

Upon delivery of a project, all invoices are to be paid within (30) thirty days net from date of completion and delivery of project.
If the balance is not paid within 30 days, a $50.00 non-payment fee will be added to the bill (this is not a finance charge.) In addition, the balance will accrue a late fee of 15% per month left unpaid.
